Lentivirus Titration

Antagen’s Lentivirus Titration XpressCard is a rapid lateral flow immunoassay that detects lentiviral capsule protein released into the packaging supernatant or from the purified viral stock, as a surrogate marker to determine whether virus production yields a usable titer for subsequent infection.

This assay takes only 10-15 minutes, whereas the conventional reinfection based assay normally takes 2-3 days and requires FACS or fluorescent microscopy.

Antagen's LentiTitre Cassette is a multi-lane lentivirus titration kit for rapid and accurate estimation of the functional lentivirus titres in less than 10 minutes. Each pouch contains one 4x lane casssette.

It is a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) based titration device, based on p24 detection with sensitive gold-conjugated antibody. Lentiviral supernatant standards are included in the kit.

The cassette can help accurately estimate lentiviral TU titres, using p24 as a gauge. It can also be used to determine the optimal time when packaging preparation is ready for harvesting.
